Metallographic Cutting Disc
Our plant produces advanced metallurgical cutting discs for special purposes with resin of high strength and superior alumina grinding abrasive. Such products have characteristics of sharp cutting, hard to brittle rupture, little cutting heat, shallow affected layers of sample heat, and no structure changes when splitting with precursor. Dry and wet cutting are available. Wet cutting may avoid burning and ensure true tissue of samples.
I. Series Standard Cutting Disc
Applicable to: cutting of carbon steel, alloy pipe, cast iron, and hardened steel, etc.
II. Series Precision Cutting Disc
Applicable to: laser cutting of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, high-speed steel, and large diameter round steel of high strength, etc.
III. Series Customized Cutting Disc for Special Purpose
Applicable to: cutting of cast iron, non-ferrous metals (brass, carbide, cast aluminum, aluminum alloy, tungsten, molybdenum, tungsten and molybdenum alloy zinc) and non-metallic materials (ceramics, glass, and rubber products), etc.
Note: Hardness of products is divided into three levels:
Hardness Level M and N: Suitable for cutting sample workpiece of HRC30-50 degree
Hardness Level L: Suitable for cutting sample workpiece of HRC50-60 degree
Hardness Level K: Suitable for cutting sample workpiece of HRC60-70 degree
